I'm participating in "Run for #EllerieStrong " and am asking you to support me by pledging per mile during my fundraising campaign. I believe in this cause and I'm excited to earn your support with every mile. Please help me reach the campaign goal of $5,000 by pledging now. I really appreciate your support. Thank you!
UPDATE AUGUST 6th: We have hit our goal however let’s keeping earning for Ellerie! Her army is strong and she is stronger!
Run for Ellerie! Because no one fights alone!
Join the fight, Donate and Run (or walk or roll) on Saturday August 29th to raise money for Ellerie’s fight against Brain Cancer. This is a virtual event so where ever you are, put on your favorite princess costume and/or EllerieStrong swag and do your best 3 miles! We are doing 3 miles because Ellerie is a vibrant, princess loving 3 year old! and did we mention no one fights alone!?
(Send in your event pictures and videos so Ellerie can see you running for her in your tutu! email@example.com).
Ellerie Gray is full of life, spunk and joy. And up until June 17th she was doing ALL the 3 year old things.
On June 19th Ellerie had emergency brain surgery to remove a massive tumor in the right parietal occipital lobe of her brain. The surgeons were able to remove all of the tumor. The pathology report is in and the fight is NOT over. Ellerie has been diagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer called Embryonal Tumors with Multilayered Rosettes (ETMR). ETMR is a rare and most aggressive childhood brain cancer. There is no “standard treatment” for this rare and aggressive cancer so Ellerie’s physicians at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles will be collaborating with specialists from Canada to the East Coast.
Please join the fight! DONATE and RUN your best 3 miles as we continue to raise money to help make life a little easier during this time for Ellerie and her family as Ellerie will be receiving her treatment in the hospital far from home!
Not a runner or a walker? Your donation will still make a difference! And don’t forget to share this donation page with all your friends! pledgeit.org/run-for-elleriestrong
All donations go directly to Ellerie and her family.
